Christopher Robert Evans, born 13 June 1981, is an American actor. In 2000, he began his acting career as a character in TV series such as Opposite sexual assault. His fame was boosted by his role as the Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero, in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans has also been featured in films of comics as well as graphic novel TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). Evans gained more attention for the role he played as Steve Rogers / Captain America in various Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War as well as the group films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). The Marvel universe, the role as Steve Rogers/Captain America made him the most highly paid actor in the world.
